Testing/Feedback for a Multimedia Product

You should test your interactive multimedia product covering a range of different areas. You should ensure that all pathways and other internal hyperlinks work effectively, and any broken or faulty links fixed. Further testing could include most or all of the following areas:

  • pathways through the interactive multimedia product
  • additional hyperlinks (internal and external)
  • use of consistent house style
  • use of different components
  • interactive elements
  • suitability for target audience
  • purpose of interactive multimedia product
  • ease of use

 

You should also seek feedback about your product and based on this feedback and your own evaluation of your interactive multimedia product, you should suggest possible improvement(s). Examples of Feedback:
