Development

In the development stage, the content is assembled to create the learning product:

Create and assemble the content assets
Develop the multimedia into its final form
Test the learning product
Review the project and act on any feedback

I requested ongoing feedback during the development stage:
As this was before the days of YouTube, and Google was still a relatively new search engine, finding relevant and appropriate ‘humorous’ videos, such as ‘dancing baby’ which had appeared in Ally McBeal, was quite time-consuming. I used a different background for the multiple choice quizzes. I darkened the background so that the text would stand out against it. I tested the multiple choice quizzes and they worked perfectly. The quiz could be stopped at any time, giving a percentage score at the end so that students could measure their progress.
